Indo Woosung Vacuum Company Pvt.Ltd., B- 177 Angol Industrial Area, Udyambag Belgaum is proud to appoint you as its Authorized Dealer with immediate effect subject to the following terms and conditions.
  • You are eligible for a trade discount or commission Authorized by Indo Woosung     Management for the sale or order booked by you. The price list and % of commission is     enclosed herewith.
    		•

  • The sale is complete only when the payment is collected in full along with 'C' or 'D' Forms     etc. The Sales commission will be paid only after receipt of full payment. However if Form 'C'     or 'D' is not collected within stipulated time, the difference in sales tax amount will be with     held from the commission amount and will have to be eventually recovered from your     commission amount. Any short payment will also be recovered from your commission     amount.
    		•

  • You are authrorised to submit quotations to your clients in consultations with the officials     concerned in Indo Woosung wherever required.
    		•

  • You shall not engage in such activities, which will hamper the interest of Indo Woosung     Vacuum Company in any manner.
    		•

  • You shall not promote and sell vacuum pumps or products of similar nature of competitor     companies. Your dealership is liable to be terminated immediately, if you are found selling     vacuum products other than Indo Woosung.
    		•

  • You are expected to provide service back up to the Indo Woosung Vacuum Products sold in     your area. Adequate man power has to be engaged to meet Sales and Service needs.     However if service personal from H.O. engaged for any service work during or after     warrantee period, the expenses and charges incurred for the purpose will be deducted from     your commission.
    		•

  • The Dealership agreement is subjected to terminate at any time of the year with 30 days     notice in writing. However under exceptional circumstances the Managing Director of Indo     Woosung Vacuum Company Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the dealership without     assigning any reasons thereof.
    		•

  • You are allowed to use Indo Woosung Logo on your visiting cards, letter heads for Sales     Promotion work.
    		•

  • Adequate office space should be available for stocking Indo Woosung Vacuum Products,     Sales Promotional material etc.
    		•

  • Monthly sales plan, offers submitted and order booking statements have to be sent to H.O.     as per the enclosed format on or before 4th of every month.
    		•

  • Any disputes/ settlement is under Belgaum jurisdiction only (Karnataka State).
    		•
